ORDER, PAYMENT, SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. The Customer is advised to check the service description and other details before placing an order. By placing an order for a product you agree that you have read all the details and conditions pertaining to that product carefully.
2. Atmayoga Foundation has tied up with a reputed payment services/payment gateway partner. The Customer can review the policy of the Payment Gateway partner. We will only share relevant information for processing of the orders made via our website and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payment made through our website. All such payment transactions are processed through the payment gateway partner and they are not stored or processed on our servers.
3. We will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising during the payment process while using the different payment options through our payment gateway partner made by the customer due to decline of transaction for any reasons and exceeding any preset limit or any other payment issues for the transaction through Credit or Debit cards and Net banking payments.
